Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English
Bachelor/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Experience in AMADEUS reservation and ticketing as well as international fare calculations is a must.
Working knowledge in MS Office, Internet & email.
Exceptional attention to detail with very good organizational skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and willing to work on Night Shift.
Works well with the team and with sound work ethics.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Manage inbound airline calls and emails from US and CA travel agents.
Issuing and re-issuing published fares, net fares and reduced rate industry tickets.
Re-accommodate passengers due to irregular operations.
Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
