Role :            System Analyst – Business Intelligence Consultant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical guidance to team with regards to Business Intelligence design and development (including best practices)

Perform responsibilities of various application development roles such as technical lead, designer, developer and 3rd level support resource

Subject matter expert for Business Intelligence processes and data management to support existing reporting and analytics requirements.

Identify areas for improvement in current processes and be able to suggest appropriate solutions.

Lead the team in strengthening Business Intelligence and data management skills

Performing multiple project roles such as technical lead, designer or developer, using the BI technologies across various projects and enhancements

Qualifications:

College degree holder, preferably in Computer Science and or Information Science 

More than 7 years of experience in IT and in application development 

3 to 5 years of data warehousing experience 

3 to 5 years of technical writing experience 

More than 4 years of experience with Oracle 11g RDBMS and scripting or any similar RDBMS 

More than 5 years of design and development experience in Business Intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports) and Tableau 

Has good analytical skills, quality-oriented, has an eye for detail and critical thinker 

Able to translate business requirements to technical solution or design

With good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 

Can communicate with all levels of the organization 

3 to 5 years of development experience in Informatica is a plus
