Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solutions expertise to internal customers and their end users in a consultative service delivery environment.
• Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
• Maintain new and current technical expertise across many technologies, such as data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and particularly Salesforce cloud solutions
• Provide internal and external technical presentations and training
• Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required
• Where required, support pre-sales activities such as discovery and functional deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects
• Coordinate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as an architect in Sales Force Field Service projects
• Experience on similar Sales Force Lightning implementation projects and support services
• Minimum years’ experience in complex technological environments.
• Minimal Experience of 2 years like support technician of Sales Force Lightning product and Cloud Environment
• Minimal Experience of 1 year managing technical assistance team personnel of support to applications and level
• products.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology ( Scrum)
