JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1-year experience in Purchasing is required
- Computer literate
- Good in oral and written communication
- Organized
Job Summary:
- Receives request from other departments
- Prepares quotation from 3 suppliers and negotiable prices
- Prepares P.O. (Purchase Order) for approval and process check request
- Maintains monitoring of PO
- Tracks the status of PO
- Ensures that all invoices and receipt are correct and complete
- Performs related duties as required
