- Sourcing and purchasing of supplies and other internal requirements.
- Supplies Inventory Control & Management
- Processing and releasing of supplies
- Housekeeping, General Cleaning and Pest Control Administration and Supervision
- Errands Coordination and Messenger Dispatching
- Assistance on departmental and company-wide activities and events.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- A Bachelor’s degree graduate of Business Administration or any business-related course
- Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
- Plans effectively and well-organized
- With at least 2 years working experience or exposure to office work / corporate environment.
