JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring of Sales order and daily delivery.
- Prepare Quotation as requested and Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Acknowledgment Receipt.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics Team
- Preparing of Monthly individual and overall Sales Report and yearly comparative analysis.
- Coordinate and process convention and events.
- Handle customers concern in coordination with concerned departments.
- Key person for Product Samples and Business Card concerns of sales people.
- Any related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
