JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Animal Science, BioTechnology, Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Willing to be in field and assigned in Visayas or Mindanao area.

??JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services and assists customer needs.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with customers and generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Coordinates sales effort with operations team and technical service groups.
- Analyzes the area/markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentation and understanding account requirements
- Closes sales and building rapport to the customers, can explain products and services being offered, prepare necessary documents/contracts
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time
