Chanz IT is hiring for a Full-Stack Developer to serve our clients in Europe and South East Asia, and for the growth of our own products within the Philippines. We are looking for a dynamic individual that takes initiative, can think out of the box and takes pride and ownership of this/her work.

Your Role

• Develop applications based on coding standards, good methodology, and repeatable processes
• Ensure code and design quality based on standards
• Use best practices and patterns to deliver high quality secure, scalable, performant and maintainable code.
• Ocasssionaly be a mentor and teach junior developers.

• Programming Web applications (PHP, MySQL).
• MVC frameworks, such as Laravel / Yii / Symfony /etc.
• Good SQL knowledge on simple and complex database design
• Expertise and hands-on experience on HTML5, CSS, Javascript, etc.
• Experience on Web API service integration like SOAP, REST (JSON/XML)

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn new skills and have excellent planning skills
• Must be curious, hardworking and self-driven
• You should be able to work under pressure when necessary
