Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-bound phone calls related to account restrictions placed by numerous fraud systems and reports
  • Outbound to cardholder as part of the verification process when appropriate
  • Resolve account restrictions based on documented procedures and methodologies to ensure cardholder account identify and security is maintained
  • Work in multiple systems to properly verify cardholder and cardholder activity
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant and bank requests via phone

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year solid Call Center experience handling Financial Account (CS for credit/debit card products, Collections, Fraud, Disputes, Insurance)
  • At least High School Graduate
  • With complete Goverment requirements (SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth) and with NBI Clearance
