JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Articulate job scope for critical, strategic positions that advance, the business group and SBU business goals.
  • Negotiate complex candidate offers within the company guidelines; escalate offers outside the guidelines.
  • Ensure you know where we are in the labor market, proactively acquire a competitive market business strategy and provide advice to hiring managers as necessary.
  • Escalate to legal and HR management as necessary.
  • Phone screening: screening applicants through phone; ask questions, verify the information to know if they are qualified for the job and scheduled them for an onsite interview and testing.
  • Sourcing Team in Site Decorations and other activity initiatives.
  • Work Closely with Recruitment & Sourcing Manager for Ramps as a priority.
  • Track Task for Sourcing Calendar of Activities in MOA Site in Coordination with Sourcing Manager and Recruiting Manager.
  • Manage MOA sites floor walks along with the POC Recruiters of Accounts
  • Phone Screening: Screen applicants through phone; asked questions, verify basic information to know if they are qualified for the job and scheduled them for an onsite interview and testing.
  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a degree holder
  • At least 1 to 3 years of sourcing/recruitment/talent acquisition exposure in a recruitment agency set-up and/or BPO/ call center volume hiring (entry-level positions) set-up. Experience in sourcing/ recruitment for non-agent & leadership posts is an advantage
  • Strong ability to hunt right talents
  • Flexibility in various work situations
  • Good PR skills & excellent written & spoken English
  • Analytical skills with creative out of the box thinking process
  • Proficiency with various software application programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • The ability to make follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • The ability to organize & prioritize projects in fast- paced, deadline-oriented & rapidly changing business environments
  • Be able to commence work immediately
  • Amenable to work in Mall of Asia Pasay City
