JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
- Strong experience in solution architecture and thorough knowledge of Software Lifecycle
- Solid understanding of design patterns and application levels
- Must be highly technical and able to translate functional requirements into robust software solutions
- Must have high level of analysis since solution architects need to examine a client’s current systems and determine overall project needs and scope
- Efficient Communication Skills
Responsibilities :
- Clearing obstacles that may encounter during the development
- Establishes an environment where the team can be effective
- Addressing team dynamics
- Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
- Ensuring that project goals are clear and visible to teams
