• Worked  with the Recruitment Team in filling internal and external manpower needs with adherence to agreed SLAs and turn-around-time.
• Supports the staff augmentation business by providing quality candidates to clients that are matched to their hiring needs.
• Coordinates the entire recruitment process from sourcing to signing of employment contract.
• Promotes social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn and other related social media networking sites.
• Manages interview schedules and acts as coordinator between the candidate and Hiring Manager/ client.
• Develops relationship with clients to maximize and proactively grow the business.
• Builds and maintains strong rapport with the candidates, as well as in-depth understanding of their short-term and long-term career goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Sciece or any related field
• Required Skill(s): IT Technical Recruitment
• At least 3 Years working experience in Technical Recruitment and IT Staffing is required for this position.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Applicants must be amenable to work in Quezon City ( Scout area)
