Responsibilities: 

• Preferably a generalist
• Handles trouble and issue management
• Can identify/analyses the issues
• Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Proactive maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT resource
• Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation
• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system and application
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer and server
• Troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year Information Technology & Computer-related courses     
• At least two (2) years work-related experience
• Japanese speaker  (N3 to mid-level fluency) is a Must
• Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
• Computer literate
