JOB DESCRIPTION
- Certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner
- 5+ years of working experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ years of working experience as Product Owner
- Experience working with international clients especially European market.
- Experience with several collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc)
- Experience working with multiple Agile Teams using Scaled Agile
- Strong experience in multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP, etc)
- Demonstrate leading a team
- Experience handling multiple projects
- Exposure in digitalization and innovation projects preferably AI/ML/DS
- Must be open to travel if needed ( European countries )
