Job Summary

            Operations Manager in charge of the overall front of the house operation of the hotel and shall make sure that operations are running smoothly and all concerns are addressed properly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SAFETY & SECURITY

• Monitoring of government compliance
• See to it that safety and security are as part primary concern, making sure that the resort is health hazard free. Should act as company safety officer and is responsible to assist accident concern including coordination with insurance.

OPERATIONS GOAL

• Oversee operation of the resort including implementing contracts and concessionaires
• Oversee overall operational policy and procedure are being followed

OPERATIONS ASSIST

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Monthly report for concessionaire
• Make rounds inspection for employees assigned task prior to acknowledgement of daily accomplishment including of the agency
• Provide operation direction to his department to achieved highest quality of the resort. Should conduct daily inspection for highest quality standard and assurance both for public area and rooms.
• Monitor and inspect implementation of project

FRONT DESK FUNCTION

• Shall be responsible in monitoring front desk operations standards are being followed.

• Fully knowledgeable about the property, its policies and procedure and house rules.
• Assist front desk in facilitation check-in and check-out.
• Handles VVIP guest arrival and request.
• Handles and respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

HOUSEKEEPING MONITORING

• Shall be in charge of ordering and receiving of supplies and conduct daily amenity count
• In charge of monitoring of cleaning material and equipment usage, shall maintain logbook for issuance

ENGINEERING MONITORING

• Provide service request and plan initiatives required for operation to improve quality standard of public areas and rooms
• See to it that project are done on time

WELLNESS AND RECREATION

• Provide plan and direction for overall guest experience and making sure that it shall be implemented accordingly

COORDINATION FUNCTION

• See to it that the team is properly coordinated and completed task in a timely manner

END DAY CASHIERING DEPOSIT

• Check and validate end day cashiering of front desk associate.
• Collect cash remittance and deposit to assigned bank account.
• Send daily deposit slip to Hotel Manager.

REPORTS

• Flash report
• Incident report

COVERED SHIFT

• Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of subordinates in their absence.

OTHERS

• Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
