Qualifications:

• College graduate 4 years course preferably in BSBA, Commerce, Hospitality (related in business course)
• With or without experience (with experience Is an advantage)
• Male/ Female
• Knows on clerical or documentation
• Willing to work with less supervision
• Willingness to be trained

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greetingclients and visitors as needed. • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performingg office clerk duties and errands. • Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintainingsupply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
