Liaison Officer in Ortigas Pasig 20k to 25k
MUST CAME FROM REAL ESTATE, LEASING OR TRADING BUSINESS INDUSTRY
-He will be the main person who will handle different application with the government agencies including but not limited to: Barangay Permits Applications, Business Permit/ City Mayor's Permit Application, BIR and SEC Applications.
-He will be the one to prepare and gather the complete documentary requirements for each transaction as assigned by his immediate head
prior to submission to the respective government agency.
-He will be assigned to maintain good documentation and filing for all temporary and permanent documents related to company registrations certifications and accreditation.
-Other jobs and responsibilities applicable for the given position.
-Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field
-Has an experience in transacting with different government agencies and knows the application process and knows the basic application processes including the documentary requirements prepartion and application procedures
-Have the ability to interact with government officials including but not limited to Brgy. Permit, Business Permits, SEC Application, BIR Applications, and other gov't concerns
-Preferably has experiences dealing with LGUs and BIR in Pasig, Manadaluyong, and Taguig
-With sense of urgency and result-oriented
-With good personality and communication skills
