JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Manager in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services.
  • Handle HR administration work, provide support and advise to employees as required.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee database and confidential files.
  • Plan, develop, manage, and administer training programs for employees.
  • Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees.
  • Managing the recruitment of staff and processing of employment
  • In-charge of employee’s enrolment to government mandated contributions (BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig)
  • Attendance monitoring
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time
 
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist.
  • Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, labor regulations, etc)
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous, organized with an eye for details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
  • Can start immediately.
