JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY
• The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for supervising direct reports in the effective implementation of recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, policies and procedures. Directly reports to the Human Resources Manager.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in the effective implementation of recruitment process
• Conducts initial interview of supervisory and managerial employees. Identifies shortlisted candidates and facilitates final interviews.
• Ensures proper documentation of pre-employment and employment documents of hired candidates. Verifies reference checks of candidates prior to deployment.
• Monitors Performance Appraisals of non-regular and regular employees in accordance with established policy on Enhanced Performance Management System and appraisal periods.
• Implements and monitors compliance of employees to established policies and procedures
• Implements timely documentation of all personnel movements including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments.
• Effectively oversees and ensures implementation of all Company-sponsored social and recreational activities.
• Provides support to departmental strategic initiatives.
• Oversees and supervises the activities of HR Staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.
• Ensures that all qualified employees are enrolled in the company-initiated benefit plans and programs
• Conducts investigation and gathers relevant information to properly evaluate disciplinary cases.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science or related courses
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in Human Resources
• Has working know how on all facets of Human Resources
• Has strong resiliency and able to work in a multi task environment
• Has proven leadership competencies
