Merchandising Supervisor  Merchandising Operations Coordinator – Fresh Chicken 

Role Summary
Responsible for overseeing merchandising operations for fresh chicken in supermarkets, ensuring proper product handling, display standards, and compliance with food safety protocols. Acts as the link between the company, labor agencies, and store operations to ensure efficient manpower deployment and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• -Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics for merchandisers.
• -Coordinate with labor agencies for manpower deployment, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• -Supervise in-store execution, including product display, rotation, and cold chain compliance.
• -Collaborate with sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure product availability and freshness.
• -Prepare reports, track KPIs, and address issues such as spoilage and manpower efficiency.
• -Conduct store visits and serve as liaison among internal teams, agencies, and supermarket management.

Qualifications

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field.
• -3–5 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations (FMCG or fresh food preferred).
• -Knowledge of supermarket operations and cold chain handling.
• -Experience managing agency manpower is an advantage.
• -Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• -Proficient in Excel; willing to do fieldwork.
