-Design performance appraisal systems and structure competitive commission, salary, and benefits packages to drive results.
-Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific licensing requirements.

-Implement training programs for staff and sales professionals to improve skills and stay updated on market trends.
