Oversees all human resources functions—recruitment, compensation, compliance, and employee development—specifically tailored to property management or development environments. 

Align HR strategies with business goals, foster employee engagement, manage performance, and ensure legal compliances.

-Develop HR initiatives and policies that support business goals, such as scaling the team for new developments.

-Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, specifically targeting top-performing real estate agents, brokers, and staff.

-Design performance appraisal systems and structure competitive commission, salary, and benefits packages to drive results.

-Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific licensing requirements.

-Foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations, and resolve conflicts.

-Implement training programs for staff and sales professionals to improve skills and stay updated on market trends.
