WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Work Arrangement but may change depending on Company’s
operational needs
The DIRECTOR OF REVENUES is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving top-line
revenue across leasing, event sales, and other revenue streams and at the same time responsible
for marketing and branding of the company. This position oversees and integrates all aspects of
sales strategy, marketing initiatives, pricing optimization, and revenue generation across a
diverse portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties, as
well as corporate, social, and academic events. This position plays a critical role in shaping
revenue-focused decisions, driving occupancy, increasing event bookings, and enhancing brand
visibility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree
-Candidate must have at least five years of experience in a sales & marketing or related
role, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in leasing and events
sales and marketing.
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
-Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
-Experience in implementing customer experience technologies and tools is a plus.
-Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace
-Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
-Is able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment
