The role defines and executes data-driven marketing plans, promotions, events, and loyalty programs that grow rolling volume, revenue, and market share while safeguarding brand positioning and profitability across key source markets.
-The CMO leads and mentors marketing, VIP marketing, junket relations, player development, digital, and analytics teams, ensuring tight coordination with casino operations, finance, credit, compliance, and international marketing offices. Responsibilities include managing marketing budgets and comp policies, optimizing junket and VIP offers, using customer insights and behavioral data to refine campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with junket operators and VIP agents, and ensuring all marketing activities comply with gaming regulations, responsible gaming standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:
At least with minimum of 10 years in Casino Industry covering both International and local casino marketing and junket operations in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
