JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal advice, counsel, and support to business partners on a broad range of employment and other compliance related matters in the Philippines.
- Draft or review contracts, policies, memorandum and other legal documents
- Ensure that the company is compliant to all relevant laws rules and regulations imposed by different govt agencies
- Process govt and all regulatory requirements of the company (SEC LGU DTI BIR and other govt institutions and agencies
- Participate in negotiations with third parties as needed
- Perform other duties that may be required by the company from time to time based on knowledge and skills (i.e handling same group companies)
- Monitor legislation, regulations, and government enforcement activities, and provide proactive advice to the business.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Law or equivalent.
- Proven skills and experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel
- With minimum 5 years of work related experience
