Solar Sales Associate in Quiapo Manila upto 30k

Monday-Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Solar Project Sales Representative will be responsible on selling solar energy systems and solutions to residential, commercial, industrial,
and utility establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling premium solar products from leading
brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar energy market, strong sales abilities, and a passion for renewable energy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Relationship Building and Lead Generation:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility sectors, and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
*Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Present and promote solar energy solutions and conduct site visits to provide tailored proposals to clients.
*Contract Negotiation and Collaboration:
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and collaborate with internal teams (project management, engineering) to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
*After-Sales Support and Customer Retention:
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
*Experience in B2B sales, network (IT) and Solar Sales (Minimum of 1–3 years of experience)
Key Competencies:
*Sales Expertise:
Proven sales experience, particularly in the renewable energy sector or related industries, with strong technical knowledge of solar systems (inverters and panels).
*Communication and Negotiation Skills:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients.
*Customer-Centric Approach:
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
*Independent and Team-Oriented:
Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.
