We are looking for a talented UI / Graphics Designer Trainee to help design and shape user-centered digital products, marketing materials, and brand experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers in an agile environment to create intuitive, visually appealing, and meaningful user experiences.

This role offers hands-on exposure to UI/UX design, branding, and product development in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create simple, seamless UI and graphic designs across web and mobile platforms

• Translate business and user requirements into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes

• Collaborate with research and design teams to improve overall user experience

• Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and style guides

• Design marketing materials such as posters, presentations, illustrations, and branding assets

• Assist with user research, note-taking, observation, and feedback evaluation

• Represent the voice of the user in cross-functional meetings and ideation sessions

• Communicate and collaborate with engineers on design decisions and implementation

• Maintain and organize design libraries and design systems in line with brand guidelines

• Familiar with the UX design process and user-centered design principles

• Experience using Figma or Sketch for high-fidelity designs

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Basic experience creating interactive prototypes

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

• Ability to explain design decisions and how they solve user problems

• Curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn

• Graduating students preferred

Nice to Have

• Motion design or interaction design experience

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
