The Product Management Trainee will work with the Experience Team, including Product Management, UI/UX, Quality Assurance, and Development, to support the planning, development, testing, and improvement of digital products. This role provides hands-on experience in product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities

• Help define and document product requirements and user stories

• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams during product design, development, and testing

• Analyze and evaluate potential partnerships related to the product

• Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization

• Assist in testing, feedback gathering, and product improvement activities

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for product decisions

• Participate in product meetings and sprint planning sessions

• Perform other product-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or graduating students preferred

• Background in Research, Psychology, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• Strong interest in technology, software, and digital products

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

• Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
