JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and maintain the required number of accredited trucks for pick-up and hauling services at the designated cement plant.
- Ensure the availability of qualified delivery personnel and accredited trucks to meet operational requirements efficiently.
- Guarantee that all deliveries to the designated cement plant are completed On Time and In Full (OTIF).
- Coordinate with relevant support groups (HR, MC, MM, and Safety) to escalate and resolve identified operational issues.
- Provide operational support to the Dispatch Officer of the assigned cement plant to help meet OTIF delivery targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to external customer concerns or complaints received via Viber group chats, phone calls, and text messages.
- Assist the LC Supervisor in gathering and compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
- Monitor and validate that all delivery information entered into the Odoo system is timely, complete, and accurate.
- Ensure all team members are cross-trained and competent to assume each other’s responsibilities, promoting operational continuity at all times.
- Monthly task rotation system will be implanted to enhance team members' familiarity with various roles and responsibilities, fostering versatility and resilience within the team.
- Prepare, document, and issue Authority to Work (ATW) forms for delivery personnel in a timely and accurate manner.

ORGANIZATIONAL:
- Able to design or make changes to accreditation process at the broadest levels both to streamline objectives and to improve controls.
- Able to take leadership over compliance process priorities of the accreditation bodies.
- Able to bring several teams into focusing on singular set of long-term objectives.
TECHNOLOGICAL:
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Keen understanding of Odoo System and other enterprise systems
ANALYTICAL:
- Judgement, initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
INTERPERSONAL:
- Self-motivated
- Able to motivate drivers and helpers in achieving zero accident workplace.
NUMERACY:
- Very confident with timeframe, forecasting, record keeping and cost-benefit analysis techniques
COMMUNICATION:
- Excellent skills in English reading, writing and comprehension
- Able to send correspondence via email and other communication media tools.
- Able to escalate complex issues
- Multi-lingual communication an advantage
