Finance and Accounting Supervisor in Edsa Munoz Quezon City

Manufacturing industry

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry
-Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is preferred

Job responsibilities:
-Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities of the finance team
-Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
-Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data
-Analysing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
-Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
-Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities
