JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for agent recruitment and maintenance for the company’s comprehensive platform
- Responsible for agent recruitment and maintenance for the company’s independent products, such as package networks, sports, card games, Texas Hold'em, etc.
- Plan and organize online and offline activities based on the needs of agents.
- Conduct agent recruitment through effective advertising campaigns.
- Use personal promotion methods such as content marketing, QQ groups, Telegram groups, forums, Baidu Tieba, etc., to recruit agents.
- Discover sports streamers and KOLs (key opinion leaders), and convert them into agents.
- Establish good working relationships with agents, maintain strong connections, and enhance agents' recognition and trust in the company.
- Leverage existing resources or agent referrals to recruit new agents
JOB QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
- Open to any nationality
- Over one year of experience in agent recruitment or maintenance on comprehensive, electronic, sports, ticketing, or card game platforms.
- Proficiency in using effective agent recruitment and promotion methods.
- Preference for candidates with valuable customer or agent resources and personal promotion experience, as well as understanding of promotion methods and channels.
- PS experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
