JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that all clients concerns and complaints are being adress in a timely manner
- Ensure that clients will be ask to provide feedback
- Make demonstrations and presentation laboratory products
- Maintain and accurate records and proper endorsement to admin team and operations team
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings if necessary
- To ensure that we contact existing and potential customers by means of phone, email or face to face to check from time to time if there are some needs and concerns
- Handles customers questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Willing to go on field work
- Can start immediately
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any four (4) years course but preferably business and marketing
- Good Communication skills
- Good Customer service
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent negotiation skills
