• Assist existing or potential clients by answering their queries through phone calls and chats in any platforms of social medias.
• Assisting customers by selling products and meetings customer needs.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in
satisfaction of the customers.
• Always practice Customer Service with a positive attitude and a good manner.
• Meeting sales goals, closing skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, negotiation, Self- Confidence, Product Knowledge, Client relationships and motivation for sales to achieve company’s target goal.
- At least a Vocational Graduate in any course
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Computer literate and good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in various TECH / Electronic products
- Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
