Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible OIC - Store Manager to oversee and manage daily store operations at SM Mall of Asia and SM North Edsa. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in gadgets, electronics, and accessories, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance while maintaining a motivated and efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management:
o Ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
o Monitor stock levels, inventory, and order replenishment when necessary.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
2. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and manage the performance of store staff.
o Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and updates.
o Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
3. Customer Service:
o Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive problem-solving and a customer-first approach.
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
4. Sales and Marketing:
o Achieve store sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
o Promote and upsell gadgets, electronics, and accessories.
o Stay updated with market trends and recommend adjustments to product offerings.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Camera Knowledge: Familiarity with various camera brands, models, specifications, and photography-related accessories
Camera Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in a camera store or electronics retailer is an advantage
Camera Enthusiast: Passionate about photography and camera technology, with a desire to share knowledge and recommendation with customers
After-Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with camera maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common camera-related issues
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gadgets, electronics, and accessories is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
