Responsibilities:

• Responsible for evaluating company’s product performance and operations.

• Gathers information to help company's management team make informed decisions.

• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.

• Analyze metrics, recommend improvements, and provide resolutions.

• Create reports, dashboards, and/or visualizations to understand business performance.

• Works with other departments to ensure that business objectives are met.

• Performs related functions as required from time to time.
