JOB DESCRIPTION
Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. A Logistics Supervisor will be assigned in our transportation company to supervise the daily operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least with 5 years of prior experience in a supervisory role in transportation/logistics or related field
- Must have understanding of logistics principles and transportation planning
- Experience in handling transport operations including knowledge of safety standards and regulations is advantageous
- Exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Amenable to report daily at Guiguinto, Bulacan
- Can drive
