Production Supervisor in Santa Maria Bulacan

Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise the daily activities of the production team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring
-Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards and minimise defects
-Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
-Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
-Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the production team to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
-Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making
-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry
-Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
-Proficient in interpreting production data and generating insightful reports
-Detailed knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
-Familiar with manufacturing technology and equipment, including computerised production systems
