Senior Industrial Engineer in Santa Maria Bulacan

Responsibilities:
-Analyses production data, identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness
-Design and implement lean manufacturing strategies to streamline operations and enhance workflow
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
-Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and other industrial engineering techniques to optimize production
-Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Industrial Engineer or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
-Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and project management
-Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
-Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred
