Process Engineer in Santa Maria Bulacan

Responsibilities:
-Designing, implementing and optimising manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency and product quality
-Identifying and troubleshooting process issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
-Collecting and analysing process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and process innovations
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
-Providing technical support and training to production staff

Qualifications:
-Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive process improvements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Proficient in using process control and optimisation software
-Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
