Responsibilities:
-Assess training needs and design tailored training programmes to address skill gaps and support the professional development of our employees
-Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops and seminars, utilising a variety of learning methodologies
-Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with the company's strategic goals and operational requirements
-Maintain training records and reports, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes to drive continuous improvement
-Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees, fostering a culture of learning and growth
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, ideally within the manufacturing or production industry
-Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programmes
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
-Proficiency in using learning management systems, video conferencing tools and other training-related software
-A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
-A passion for employee development and a commitment to driving continuous improvement
