HR Supervisor in Edsa Munoz Quezon City

Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
-Collaborating with departmental managers to identify and address staffing needs, develop effective training programmes, and implement HR policies and procedures
-Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
-Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, and serving as a trusted advisor to the management team
-Spearheading the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction
-Continuously analysing HR metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
-Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic, high-paced work environment
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement innovative solutions
-Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems
