JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintains in-depth understanding of the supported core system functions, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, data management, and operational process. Builds and promotes collaborative relationships with internal and external resources.
- Gains a practical understanding of the enterprise technology architecture to ensure holistic approach when analyzing and recommending IT solutions by evaluating through cost and feasibility analysis and recommending new and alternative information technology solutions
that could address the business requirements. - Act as workstream lead to support projects according to business needs, closely working together with other functional business units by providing guidance in building Concept Proposals, Functional Requirements Documents [FRD], Project Charter [PC], and other project requirement-related documents.
- Coordinates with external service providers, particularly with third-party consulting companies, in the assessment, provision, and maintenance of Information Technology solutions for the Business Unit.
- Manages Information Technology projects supporting business processes automation ensuring conformance to the design, development, and implementation methodology of customized systems within the planned schedule and approved budget.
- Initiates and leads brainstorming sessions with IT support units and business units using design thinking, sprints, and lean six sigma methodologies to identify the best solution for business requirements.
- Provides regular updates on all process improvements, and IT projects to the business unit and other stakeholders.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field.

Preferably with 1-3 years of related experience as a Business Solutions Manager, Project Manager, or Digital Transformation Officer
- Knowledge of the key principles, practices, and techniques used in application development, systems analysis, data management, and project management.
- Good understanding of business process review, with a fundamental understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and Agile Scrum Methodology.
