Software Development Manager WFH

Graveyard (10pm - 7am)
Starting Date: October 2024
Headcount : 1

Will lead a talented team of developers in building innovative software solutions that will play a key role in our company's future success.

Requirements:
-Flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts is essential.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in software development.
-2+ years of experience leading software development teams in Agile environments.
-Extensive experience with Node.js, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Git, WebSockets, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
-Familiarity with microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh) (a plus).
-AWS certification (a plus).
-Prior experience working with US-based management (a plus)
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of software developers in developing, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions using Agile methodologies.
-Utilize project management tools such as Jira to effectively manage project workflows, sprints, and backlogs.
-Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
-Lead the software development lifecycle, focusing on development, testing, and deployment.
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and plan development sprints.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
-Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
