Asset Management Specialist in Edsa Munoz Quezon City upto 16k
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Business Administration or IT courses
- One (1) year of working experience in any field
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Person with strong personality, honest, determined and can work with minimum supervision.
- Head Office base but willing to do field work in Guyong/ Sta. Clara, Bulacan Plant and Valenzuela.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recording and Processing of Office Supplies Request.
2. Processing, recording and booklet Issuance- Head Office, Plant, and Provincial Branches.
3. Monitoring and issuance of returned items (Good Stocks).
4. Monitoring and issuance of Office Supplies and Janitorial items.
5. Processing of P.O. for Office Supplies, Janitorial and Medical supplies.
6. Preparation, monitoring, and checking of accountable items. Filing of documents – Accountability and FASAR.
7. Checking of employee clearance.
8. Documentation of items for scrap sales/ disposal. Assist in scrap selling of defective items.
9. Other task that may be assigned.
