JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
  • Planning and scheduling repairs.
  • Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
  • Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
  • Maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must have experience as a Multi Skilled Technician/Building Maintenance/General Maintenance
  • Male
  • No educational attainment required
  • 25 to 40 yrs. old
  • 18,000.00/month for 9hrs duty
  • willing for 12hrs duty (3 remaining hrs. will be paid overtime)
  • with performance bonus every month

  • Paranaque City/Pasay City
