HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engage companies that are posting job roles suitable for remote work and propose the hiring of Filipino professionals to fill these roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target companies with job roles suitable for remote work.
- Reach out to HR managers and decision-makers to introduce Talentfied’s services.
- Maintain a database of potential and active clients.
- Collaborate with the Talentfied team to understand candidate availability and match suitable candidates to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with companies to secure job placements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Achieve and exceed commission-based targets through successful matches.
Compensation:
