JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Director in Cubao Quezon City
-Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field
-3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role with successful campaigns and projects across various platforms with a strong track record of creative excellence preferably in retail setting.
-A thorough understanding of how content can play out across multiple mediums. An in-depth understanding of social media platforms is a must.
-Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences
-Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and others.
-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
-Ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
-Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
