Responsible for analyzing and managing Cold Chain financial data focusing on achieving and managing profitability. Managing Cost and comparing budget project cost versus actual expenses. Aid and supporting Cold Chain department in finding ways to make operations more cost-efficient. Ensure cost related activities are properly implemented with full efficiency and effectiveness.
I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement Inventory and Costing strategy for Cold Chain.
2. Create purchase requisition related to material requirements aligned with official Bill of Materials and BOQ through SAP system.
3. Overseeing Material Issuance, inventory transfer, and consumption related project requirements.
4. In-charge any transaction related to inventory, product costing, and disposal of Inventory for Cold Chain Division.
5. Manage a steady flow of stock without purchasing too many materials monitoring the organization’s inventory and addressing needs accordingly.
6. Work with Cold Chain Inventory staff to ensure inventories are kept in good condition and maintain product safety in the warehouse.
7. Coordinate with purchasing related abnormalities, rejects, claims in the receiving of procure product.
8. Identifying issues and inefficiencies within the Cold Chain Division related to inventory and cost management while driving operational improvements throughout the organization.
9. Ensuring that the inventory and cost management meet company standards related to policy regulations, quality and timeliness.
10. Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions and Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
11. Audit of material consumption and other related activity-based costing affecting overall profitability. Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions.
12. Review of project costing and recommending SRP based on market analysis and other economic indices affecting product cost.
13. Ensuring SAP system are properly maximized to support overall cold chain and inventory management.
14. Participate in all company/department activities
15. Perform other task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time related to Costing, Inventory Management and Budget And Administrative Tasks.
I. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Bachelor Degree – BS Accountancy
2. Experience as a Cost and Tax Analyst
3. MRP, Inventory Management (SAP) System
4. Must be a Certified Public Accountant
5. Work Ethics
