JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day to day store operations (5 stores)
- Oversee employee (Sales Associate/ Cashier) work on daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guildelines
- Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets
- Track employee activitity, to include sucessful completion of designated tasks
- Liase with operations manager to coordianate amd report on ongoing issues;
- Meet regularly and manage employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
- Create and deliver reports to Operations Manager and top Management and maintain effective meeting notes
- Identify organizational or employee related issues and create effective solutions ;
- Can plan and make strategies to increase the revenue of the company
- Will make a marketing plan to meet or overpass the sales target
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Must have at least 3 years experience as Area Manager or same capacity
- Must have a background in RESTAURANT set up
