JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Objective:

Responds to all the queries in the Benilde Help Center’s ticketing system and all the inquiries and concerns routed in the email or chatbox of Benilde Helpdesk

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision
  • Critical analysis and customer service skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive application support experience of the Benilde systems and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of a technical support team.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
