JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Capability to work with minimal supervision
Critical analysis and customer service skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Extensive application support experience of the Benilde systems and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of a technical support team.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
