JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a proactive and compassionate OSH Registered Nurse to play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Committee on implementing Workplace OSH Compliance to ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs in line with OSH standards and regulations.
- Represent the company during DOLE Compliance Audits.
- Provide advice and guidance to management on health and safety matters.
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being among employees by conducting health and safety seminars as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with availability for on-call work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Certification in OSH is required, with accreditation from OHNAP being an advantage.
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance in the realm of workplace safety.
- Familiarity with OSH audit and compliance processes.
