JOB DESCRIPTION

This role aims to provide efficient technical support and IT administration services, ensuring smooth operations of the organization's IT systems. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing software installations, enforcing security protocols, and generating IT reports. The goal is to maintain reliable, secure, and functional IT infrastructure in support of the organization's objectives.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical support all IT
  • Action all incoming tickets sent to Helpdesk ticket system.
  • Resolve L1 \ L2 tickets and assign L3 tickets to the next resolver support group.
  • Action all Gsuite Request and Policy
  • Install and update new Software/s.
  • Creating User and Unlock Password in Domain
  • Update Logs of Bio Every month
  • Knowledge in Firewall and Network
  • PC, Laptop and Network Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Server AD and Policy.
  • Ensuring All IT Equipment are in Condition.
  • Ensure Security Data, Network access and backup system.
  • Monitoring Hardware and software, and system performance metric/s.
  • IT Reports
  • Perform Other Duties Assign

 

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Job Requirements

 

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years previous experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, system administration, or network administration.
